Thanks for taking the time to visit, Frank. Did you always want to write?

No not at all I was just inspired with ideas one day back in 2006 and the voices haven’t stopped since. I started writing an action adventure love story, then a sci fi thriller and now my murder mystery Jack Stenhouse. I am editing a sequel to Gabriel’s Chalice and writing a sequel to The Jack Stenhouse Mysteries and at the same time a third sequel to Gabriel’s Chalice.

Wow, sounds like you're pretty busy, Frank.
A career in purchasing and purchasing management seems a world apart from a writer. Has this background helped you as a writer?

Only that it has enabled me to meet a vast variety of different people and characters. I have had business articles printed in trade magazines about purchasing tactics and duties.

Please tell us about some of your experiences volunteering at a Marian Apparition site in Florida & how that inspired your first book, Gabriel’s Chalice.

This could possibly be a book in itself. Thousands of people have visited and continue to visit this site and hundreds of people have been healed spiritually and physically from life threatening diseases. Every thirteenth of the month The Virgin Mary gives he message to the world through her visionary Rosa Lopez just like in Lourdes or Fatima. This has been going in publicly since 1994. People have seen the Virgin Mary and have been touched by the hand of God. One brief story. Back a few years ago at one of apparitions we celebrated a mass in the apparition room, which is where Rosa first saw the Virgin Mary back in 1993. That following Saturday I happened to be at the Apparition site and visitor who was at the mass came back to tell Rosa what she experienced. She said when the Priest came to give her communion she refused. Then when the other priest came to offer her communion. she accepted. We all were in shock and told her there was only one priest. When she started describing the other priest who gave her communion. Rosa and myself and other visitors there were shocked again. For the priest who gave her communion was the now Saint Padre Pio who died 1969.

And yes I have seen The Virgin Mary.

The Virgin Mary told us many years ago that there will be a time that you would not be able to go to church and you will be prosecuted for following her Son. Sound familiar? She told us to set a place in your house to display the bible. In my house there is a place. Every morning I give my life to Jesus, thank him and offer my petitions. I then read a random passage of the bible by flipping open to a page of the New Testament. Four mornings in a row I turned and focused on the same passage Luke 21:11 which describes how we the people will know when Jesus returns. There will be earthquakes and plagues in various places. There will be terrors in the sky and great signs. THIS is Gabriel’s Chalice and messages and signs that the Virgin Mary told the volunteers occurs in the book.

What is Our Loving Mother’s Foundation and what drew you to it?

The Foundation is the group of volunteers who help Rosa Lopez, the visionary and The Virgin Mary, and guide the pilgrims who visit the apparition site. We do this out of love for we all have been touched by Our Loving Mother and Her Son.

How different are your protagonists, Dr. Raphael Matteo (Gabriel’s Chalice), Steve Ciccone ( The Trihedral of Chaos), and Jack Stenhouse?

Wow Raphael Matteo is an intellectual. A geologist and volcanologist working for NASA who is called by God to bring Archangel Gabriel’s gift to all a mankind, a crystal Chalice, left on an altar in a cave on the Moon foretelling the return of the Son of God and the final judgement of man.

Steve Ciccone is a widower, ex sniper and retired from the NYPD. While struggling with his own faith, he finds a new love and must balance his love of family for his love of country as he is thrust into protecting the country he loves from terror attacks.

Jack is a divorced player and senior detective of the Fort Lauderdale PD. He is an old school cop stuck in the 21 st century. He main vice is hookers and strippers. His latest girlfriend works the pole at a gentleman’s club. He is a bad good guy.

How are they similar?

They all are faced with looking into themselves and resolving issues of faith and maturity.

Thank you again, Frank for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit...:)
